Autumn Leaves In Ice

Just when I think that I go for something completely different...Yesterday, my wife and I visited Québec's famous Hôtel de Glace, a fascinating structure made from artificial ice and snow. Guess what we found:

The "Autumn Leaves" suite!

You can actually book a stay there, get married in the chapel,

have a cold drink (no pun intended) at the bar--from a glass that's also made of ice.

We were lucky to arrive just in time for a guided tour. There are only two ice hotels like this in the world, one here in Québec, and the other in Sweden. If you're intrigued now, here's the official website of the Hôtel de Glace.
